Before Photo Day

• Together we'll choose one or two dates, depending on your numbers, that work best with your attendance.

• Prior to photo day, I'll ask for a class list including each child's name and room so I can prepare their private online galleries in advance.

• I'll also provide information for families that you can share via your usual communication channels.

On the Day

• I'll arrive early to set up before the children arrive.

• I find it works best if one of your educators brings the children to me two at a time. Having a familiar face nearby helps children feel relaxed and confident, resulting in much more natural expressions.

• I spend around 2–5 minutes with each child, taking the time to build a little connection and capture genuine smiles and expressions—never rushed or forced.

• If siblings attend the centre, I'll also photograph them together.

• I'll work around your daily routine and aim to be finished before lunch wherever possible, so your day can continue as normal.

After Photo Day

• Within approximately one week, the galleries will be ready.

• Families will be notified through the centre and receive access to a private online gallery where they can view all of their child's images.

• Parents choose only the photos they love and order directly through the gallery. There are no order forms, no money collection, and no administration required from the centre.

• Families can choose to have their prints delivered directly to their home, or, if they order within the ordering window, have them delivered to the centre for distribution. Digital images are available for immediate download after purchase.
